As part of a small, passionate team, you will work on launch vehicles, space vehicles, and launch facility systems for New Glenn. This critical role supports government regulatory efforts on the NG program, including FAA licensing and Range Safety requirements compliance, with a focus on managing data products to achieve flight safety approvals. You will provide leadership in achieving regulatory approvals while mitigating, tracking, and providing status for key regulatory risks, including supervising the budget and procurement status for approved mitigation activities.
To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships across the New Glenn program and our US government partners at the US Space Force and FAA. You must be proactive in planning regulatory product development while also developing, delivering, and communicating results in support of government regulatory requests. You will be in charge of developing, reviewing, and providing compliance products, including design, analysis, and test data, drawings, reports, etc. Lastly, you must have the resourcefulness and flexibility to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an incredible team member!

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or an equivalent technical management field
- Proven experience with integrated system analysis, preferably within aerospace applications
- Solid understanding of project management and budgeting practices
- Experience with flight safety analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience with Air Force Space Command Manual 91-710 requirements
- Experience with FAA launch vehicle licensing process
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Use excellent judgement and be comfortable making high-quality and high-velocity decisions
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of product ownership
- Ability to earn trust and develop positive and inclusive relationships
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
