The essentials
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven experience in a social media-focused role, preferably within an agency setting
- Experience managing content calendars
- Ability to edit videos and photos
- In-depth knowledge and active engagement with all major social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative appreciation and ability to maintain brand aesthetics
- Confidence in working with Community Managers to identify and craft social media and content strategies relevant to in-country trends

- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
- Familiarity with content creation tools and software
- Understanding of current trends in the relevant industry

The day-to-day
- Embody and champion our brand, ensuring consistent brand management across all platforms
- Continuously explain thinking clearly, focusing on the "why" behind choices rather than just listing what to do
- Act as the primary point of contact for all social media-related activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Creative, Brand teams) and external partners when necessary
- Participate in regular team meetings, providing content-specific action points and updates
- Track and manage content performance, keeping relevant stakeholders informed of successes and areas for improvement
- Produce digital assets (videos, images, gifs), using native social platform tools and relevant multimedia software (Adobe CS)
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns and initiatives based on insights and data
- Curate, and post engaging content across various social media channels, maintaining the brand's unique voice
- Monitor page activity, engage in community management, and respond promptly to comments and messages
- Analyse social media metrics, providing insights and reports to guide strategy adjustments
- Identify and implement emerging trends to keep the brand’s social media presence fresh and engaging
- Propose innovative ideas and create detailed monthly content calendars
- Attract and engage new followers relevant to our market, driving growth across all platforms
- Ensure a consistent and captivating brand aesthetic across all social channels
