What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipefitter Helper position at Blue Prestige Inc?
Blue Prestige is looking for a Pipe fitter helper, with a minimum of 2 years of experience needed in all aspects of commercial piping. Locals are encouraged to apply! If you have previous pipe fitting experience and are seeking a new opportunity, apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Assist pipefitters with installing industrial piping systems including chill water, hot water, steam, condensate, condensed water.
- Must be versed with multiple materials of pipe (Stainless, Carbon Steel, etc.)
- Assist in Fabricating pipe supports.
- Assist with Fabricating and spool copper lines.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Pipefitter experience
- Knowledge of pipefitter equipment and power tools
- Must have Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods
- Organization and time management.
- Willingness to guard your own personal safety and safety of others
- Able to stand and work prolonged periods of time
Work Location: High Point, NC
