Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to turn concepts into reality while ensuring that projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs in response to client needs, project requirements, and site constraints.
• Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather data, and evaluate feasibility for proposed projects.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with project goals and objectives.
• Research building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure compliance and obtain necessary permits.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to oversee construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the building process.
• Review and approve material selections, finishes, and construction methods to ensure quality and durability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate design concepts and provide updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an architect (Registered Architect) is required.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling presentations and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architectural design and construction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
