Blue Shield Security Oahu LLC is the fastest growing security company in Hawaii and is currently looking salespeople and sales managers to join our team.

Who is Blue Shield?

1. We are a local company with local owners that focus all of our energy on protecting the homes and businesses of Hawaii.

2. Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the Security Industry in Hawaii.

3. Providing our customers with outstanding service is our number one goal. We stock back up parts on the equipment we install in order to always have replacement products on hand when needed.

4. Our local staff answers the phones LOCALLY with the Aloha spirit that we are used to here in Hawaii.

5. We provide service within 48 hours of the service call from any of our customers.

6. We use American Made products 90% of the time.

7. We will match any price when comparing apples to apples for the equipment.

What do we do:

We sell, install and service the following: Commercial and Residential.

1. Alarm systems with 24-hour monitoring. True smart home solutions made in America. We can take over 90% of other company's systems without having to buy all new equipment.

2. Camera systems - Super clear video with 2-way voice capabilities.

3. Vape Detection Sensors- Blue Shield has an exclusive with the manufacturer on this gold mine Industry that is in the infancy to fight against vaping.

4. Access Control Systems

5. Fire Systems

6. Elderly Division for our Kapuna.

Best Pay Plan in the Industry ... Period !!!

1. We pay 20% of the Sales price ( average of $1,000 in commissions per sale ).

2. Excellent training and support.

3. We pay 10% Residual income to our sales people for as long as the customer has service with Blue Shield.

4. 10 Year vested retirement plan on all Residual income. Full time sales people after 10 years of production should have a retirement residual income of over $10,000 per month with expected production.

5. Contest and Bonuses

Blue Shield management team feels that we should all share in the growth and wealth created by all of us. We have always shared with our sales people and we will continue to treat our Blue Shield team as family.

6. Full time salespeople should earn with 40 hours of effort weekly $100,000 to $250,000 annually.

Must have a drivers license and a vehicle

Leads and expected work to be performed:

1. Some leads will be provided to all new sales people.

2. Self- generation for leads is expected.

3. Networking with businesses for leads

• Our attitude is to reward success and effort. We share incredible leads with the sales people that are out there working instead of waiting for a lead. The combination will provide you with the numbers and earnings listed above.

• We are also searching for people that have management ability. Our sales people that perform well will be promoted quickly (while we are growing). Managers still sell in the field, but they also receive overrides off the people in their sales team.
