Pre-Suit Attorney
Our client, a reputable law firm specializing in property damage and personal injury cases, is seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Attorney to join their team. The firm operates across 30 locations with nearly 100 attorneys dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for clients by securing the maximum restitution. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who excels in a dynamic legal environment and has a strong track record of negotiating settlements and preparing cases for litigation.

Focus:
- Manage pre-suit cases involving property damage and personal injury, aiming to resolve disputes before litigation.
- Conduct thorough case evaluations, including reviewing medical records, investigating claims, and assessing liability.
- Draft and send demand letters, negotiate settlements, and communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
- Maintain regular client contact, provide legal counsel, and keep clients informed about case progress.
- Work closely with medical providers, investigators, and other experts to substantiate claims and maximize settlement outcomes.
- Prepare cases for litigation when pre-suit settlement efforts are unsuccessful, coordinating with the litigation team for a seamless transition.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal legal requirements.
Skill Set:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury or property damage cases, with a focus on pre-suit negotiations.
- Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
- Strong negotiation skills and a successful track record of securing favorable settlements.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
