Graphic Designer

Blue Sky Bee Supply and Agralogix are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our staff. If you have experience in Adobe Creative applications, typesetting and the ability to handle customer orders and enjoy a detail-oriented work environment, this job is for you. We go out of our way to provide outstanding customer service and our attention to the details is an important part of our success.

Candidates should be experienced with using a Mac, Adobe Creative Suite and printing technology. We need an associate willing to learn the way things work and be able to trouble shoot them when they don’t. We work M-F. We’re closed on weekends and all major holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assignments will be heavily creative label production for packaging, but also: banners, business cards, catalog, email newsletters, social/web graphics, as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery.
• Be knowledgeable of printing applications and processes, for labels, other printed materials and online marketing graphics.
• Ability to talk with customers on the phone and communicate via email to receive information on standard orders, provide proofs and confirm changes. Help customer understand their order cost, by estimating time required and quoting full custom jobs, which will require a level of design aptitude to measure and ability to work with customers who are not familiar with printing.
• Speak with clients and sales representatives in person on occasion.
• Create and Match customer approvals prior to production.
• Prepare orders for production for fellow team member.
• Record all orders into the production database.
• Other duties as assigned which might include social media content, email marketing and brand marketing for related companies.
• Must be able to handle multiple accounts and brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
