Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist in the Hillsboro, OH area. Blue Sky Therapy is a key provider of therapy services in a post-acute continuum of care to include Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, In-Home Part B, and Outpatient.
Position Overview: Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about their profession, eager to work and is a team player! The PT is responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, as well as improving general independence. In addition, collaborate with clients/ family members to achieve client specific goals.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
