Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and manage all areas of branch operation while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the branch, including crews, equipment, routing, etc.
- Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with clients
- Inspect client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
- Ensure existing accounts are renewed each year and executed correctly
- Monitor branch safety records and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Develop employees by providing training, coaching
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and create development plan(s) for employees
