Position Details:

The responsibilities of a Retail Team Member include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Provide exceptional customer service and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Stay up to date on all Retail Products offered at our shops, including donuts & beverages

• Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Blue Stars brand esthetics & experience

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in all aspects of Retail processes and procedures, including frying/finishing donuts as needed to assist with fulfilling large orders

• Utilize knowledge of processes and procedures to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills

• Ensure orders are packaged efficiently and accurately with aesthetic presentation in mind

• Accurately processes all POS transactions while maintaining exceptional customer service

• Accurately package and complete all transactions made through ordering tablets

• Regularly utilize & participate in company communication platforms

• Ensure all sanitation standards, and guidelines outlined by Blue Star are met

• Maintain store organization according to Blue Star guidelines

• Manage time to prioritize & complete shift tasks outlined daily

• Uphold all Food Service Health & Sanitation guidelines

• Work independently as well as a team, assisting in all areas of retail

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A love for donuts!!

• An excellent fit with all Blue Star Core Values

• An active cell phone and gmail account

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for long periods of time

• Open availability (including early mornings and weekends)

• Current food handlers certification

• Preferred: 1 years hospitality and customer service experience or equivalent, Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
