INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
The Office Assistant plays an integral role in our property's day-to-day activities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Must be enthusiastic, upbeat, and energetic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a diverse work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Must be able to effectively use computers and technologies, including answering the phones, using computers, copiers, fax machines as well as credit card or cash machines
- Excellent communication skills
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Pick up downstairs boxes and bags from safes in the Telegram room
- Designate boxes for staff members working
- Run Camp Spot reports
- Count each box and replenished to the original $150.00
- Verify drop bag amount of cash received matches the report totals
- Run CardPointe reports for the current day
- Make bank deposits
- Pick up Invoices from locations and mailbox
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Office Assistant reports to the General Manager and works in collaboration with the office team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of Office Assistant
- Detail Oriented – accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear clearly, count, run reports, use a telephone, and have the dexterity to operate a computer and various systems.
