INTRODUCTION TO ROLE
Provide a top-notch guest experience through proper care and handling of all linens to make our guests feel at home. A Laundry attendant’s responsibility is to ensure there is a constant supply of fresh and clean linens available for the entire property.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations.
- Ensure all laundry is cleaned by machine standards and cleaning agents.
- Sort, fold, and hang clean and dried items.
- Manage and maintain inventory and stock levels for all linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain all laundry equipment and inform the leadership of any maintenance needs.
- Helps in cleaning guests’ items or articles as needed.
- Provide basic housekeeping support as needed, including cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes as well as common areas.
- Providing onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.
- Works cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Ensure the property is always guest ready.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Provides regular and reliable attendance
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Security Guard will report to the Maintenance Manager and General Manager.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
