Product Marketing Manager

Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Product Marketing Manager to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming. Payscale for this position is $80k - $100k per year, DOE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.​

This role will be based in Central Valley, California.

This role is based in California. Bluewhite is a world leader in autonomous technologies and unmanned systems in agriculture. Responsibilities

• Craft and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Director and product team, focusing on permanent crop growers globally.
• Drive revenue growth, expand market share, enhance product desirability, lead product releases, and strategize expansion plays.
• Develop differentiated sales tools and enablement strategies, establishing a feedback loop between product, marketing, and sales for actionable insights.
• Distill key product value propositions and cutting-edge technology into engaging, business-outcome-aligned messaging.
• Lead content creation and visual storytelling, developing prospect-ready collaterals such as decks, case studies, product demos, and more.
• Collaborate with external production companies to bring creative ideas to life.
• Forge robust partnerships with cross-functional international teams, including product, sales, success, and marketing.
• Lead field productions and events execution to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Requirements
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• B.A graduate in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• Strong methodical approach to planning and executing collateral projects.
• Passion for brand, design, infographics, and storytelling.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and excel in a high-paced, continuously changing environment.
• Optimistic, team player, fast learner, and curious beyond belief.
• Available for long international hours and occasional travel in the USA, with once-a-year international travel.
• Be able to push, pull, and/or carry up to 50lbs; be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for hours at a time.
