Scope:
- The product marketing leader will lead and drive strategy, messaging, and plans in alignment with product and GTM strategy.In addition to building strong relationships with leaders in product management, engineering, delivery, and sales, the leader will establish an outside-in perspective by engaging with customers to understand their needs, experience with our portfolio, and validation of our messaging and strategies. They will also lead the development of messaging frameworks, GTM plans, and sales enablement content.
- The Product Marketing team currently comprises of ~10 global associates across the US and UK and is expected to grow. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Build, manage and support a team of product marketers, including people managers, ensuring alignment between individual's strengths and business needs.
- Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead Go-To-Market PMM & In-Market PMM Business Strategy functions across the full lifecycle of the product in partnership with the Industry and GTM teams.
- Lead the creation of the whole spectrum of sales tools and collateral (PowerPoint presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, demos, and training materials) to communicate the value proposition of Blue Yonder solutions and services to customers and partners.
- Drive the development of core marketing materials including master messaging documents, all web site messaging and deliverables, video demos and tutorials, field enablement tools, such as case studies, presentations, white papers, sales kits, field newsletters, Intranet sites, etc.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research to understand consumer needs, influence the product strategy, and secure alignment across teams.
- Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/executional responsibilities.
- Effectively communicate marketing plan, progress to plans and campaign/pipe updates on a regular basis to stakeholders - manager, sales, product, corp/demand-gen, other product marketers
- Manage, coach and guide the team with clarity of deliverables, priorities and timelines to be successful.
What we are looking for:
- You have 15 years of software industry marketing experience with an ideal mix of technical and business (consulting, product marketing) background.
- You have a proven track record of marketing success from within a Cloud software/service, SaaS, or IaaS company is strongly preferred.
- You have strong experience managing teams of 10 marketers.
- You demonstrate excellent listening, oral and written communication/presentation skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.
- You have prior experience in pricing and packaging complex enterprise software solutions (subscription or usage based preferred).
- You can successfully recruit, motivate, mentor, coach, develop and retain a high performing team of product marketing and technical marketers.
- You have established credibility and record with speaking engagements, technology publications and related is beneficial.

The salary range for this position is $181,300.00 to $278,475.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
