We are looking for a Team Lead - Integration & Automation!
Roles and Responsibilities
Understands the project requirements and ensures that team members perform the right functions to meet them.
Tracks all activities related to the project, including tasks, and team member roles. Will be responsible for multiple projects at one time.
Able to effectively provide reasonable estimates for project timelines from design until delivery.
Looks ahead to determine potential obstacles and find ways to work through them.
Assists in resolving issues/bugs for Integration and Automation offerings.
Guides team members to help them be successful and advance in their careers. Share good habits and practices.
Understands the technical requirements for each project as well as the technical tools needed to fulfill them.
Fills in as a developer in the event of staffing shortages.
In collaboration with the manager and Technical Lead, evaluates deliverables and provides suggestions for improvement.
Ensure that the company is delivering quality offerings.
Provide coaching and mentorship to teammates.
Collaborate with other Developers, Manager, Technical Lead, Technical Integration Analysts, and Integration Architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain custom integrations, Adaptive Applications, Adaptive Plugins and Tooling Applications used Internally.
Participate in peer-reviews/code reviews of solution designs and related code.
Provide feedback on employees work and dedication during performance reviews.
Assist Manager with team resource planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Prior experience in a leadership position.
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
4 years’ experience as a Software developer in Python.
Experience with web development technologies (Flask, React).
Experience with debugging performance profiling and optimization.
Experience with database development including database design, SQL.
Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.
Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and patterns.
A deep understanding of the software development life-cycle, and a track record of shipping software on time.
Strong communication skills with both internal team members and stakeholders.
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
