BlueForce Inc. is seeking for a Wargame Senior Planner in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). The Contractor will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames (concept development, objective and analysis/assessment planning, game design, event planning, management, and execution, and post-game analysis).
Job locations include: Joint Base Andrews, MD (primary) // Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC (secondary) // The Pentagon, DC (occasionally).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary facilitator on all matters relating to Command & Control
- Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants.
- Organizes and facilitates participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives.
- Supports wargame operations as Subject Matter Expert
- Contributes domain and/or functional expertise to wargaming.
- Conducts open source and classified research and analysis related to the field of expertise to contribute to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans.
- Acts as the adjudication lead in the subject matter area when required.
- Supports creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise.
- Contributes to data collection during wargame events.
- Conducts postgame analysis and drafts wargame reports.
- Supports development and dissemination of postgame outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed.
- Assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed.
Qualifications
- Shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an Air Force C2 planner.
- Documented experience planning, integrating, and executing Joint and/or Combined C2 operations at the theater-level.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- TS/SCI eligible security clearance is mandatory.
