The Patient Concierge Role:

• Requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation appointments.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
• Assist with medical records management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Greet patients by name in a friendly professional manner
• Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling an appointment for consultations.
• Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors and other team members.
• Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards (Manage KPI's)
• Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when under pressure!
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize completing tasks.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Hours worked- 40-45 Hours per week

Requirements:

• Can immediately build rapport, assess the patient's needs and create a sense of urgency to drive action.

• Detail oriented
• Great at multitasking
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required
• Computer experience is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
