Responsibility & Authority
The Builder is responsible for completing various tasks as specified by the customer’s work instructions, direction, and general needs. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: maintaining safety and HR standards of conduct at all times; following detailed, written work instructions and job element sheets in a self-directed manner; meeting or exceeding expected production rates; assembling multiple parts; logging, maintaining, and documenting critical data as specified by the customer; taking direction from Bluegrass management, as well as the customer; and, any other tasks requested by the customer or Bluegrass.

Physical Demands
A Builder can work in any range of environments, from a climate-controlled space to a warehouse or factory floor where temperatures can vary from extreme cold to extreme heat. Builders must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours) on unpadded floors and will continually be required to bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, push/pull and grasp. Builders are required to continually push, lift or carry up to 30 lbs. Occasionally, Builders will be required to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Eye/hand coordination and use of both hands/arms is required. Exposure to chemical hazards, electrical hazards, sharp objects/tools, noise and vibration are anticipated.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
Prior production experience is preferred. Customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are required.
