What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Bluegreen Vacations Corporation?
As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support for daily sales center operations. You’ll use your outstanding customer service skills to:
Answer incoming calls and assist the quality assurance team when needed
Actively seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the company through your daily operational support.
Provide general support to the sales and administrative teams.
Solve problems with your organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong administrative skills.
(Schedule is 8:00 am – 4 pm for 5 days and includes weekends)
