Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract 6 months
Schedule: Full-time 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Location: 4960 Conference Way N #100, Boca Raton, FL 33431, partly remote (work from home)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner provides consultative guidance and support for Bluegreen's recruiting business operations. The role includes screening, interviewing, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and facilitating the new hire process by collecting pre-employment requirements.
- You are Responsible for fulfilling staffing plans for both high volume and exempt (salaried) roles across multiple geographical locations by building strong business partnerships with Hiring Managers and Candidates.
- You adhere to the established recruitment process, develop recruitment plans for their designated business partners, and employ traditional sourcing strategies. All while presenting recommendations for innovative ways in which to attract and source top talent and enhance our hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Assists with the development and refinement of job descriptions.
- Promote Bluegreen Vacations' reputation as a "best place to work."
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- You have proven 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter).
- Adept in navigating Applicant Tracking Systems required. Experience with (Ceridian Dayforce) a plus.
- Customer-Obsession, Innovative, Agility, Trust, and Collaborative.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple layers of communication styles and build repour. You will be deploying your copy-writing skills to ensuring we have stellar job (ads)postings to attract qualified candidates.
- You can prioritize your work, manage your time, and can work quickly without compromising quality.
- Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard (recruiting) operating procedures (SOP's), step-by-step instructions by our Talent Acquisition standards.
