We are currently looking for an Operations focused Quality Associate to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. The Quality Assocaite performs scheduled audits in Blueground apartments to ensure city compliance with Blueground Standards while identifying patterns and analyzing information to drive improvement in the city.

Requirements

What you will focus on:

  • Conduct a high volume of property specific audits in both newly furnished apartments and at turnover to ensure the condition of apartment furniture, amenities, cleanliness, and general upkeep

  • Provide city level insight into team performance throughout the Blueground property life cycle

  • Analyze city data to identify trends

  • Collaborate with City Operations to evaluate independent vendor performance and provide support for the teams

  • Produce a variety of reports on city performance and compliance on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Present findings to vendors, operations management, and general management

  • Facilitate the ongoing evolution of the US Quality Department through a culture of continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 Years of Experience

  • BA / BS Preferred in Quality preferred

  • Valid Drivers License & vehicle to travel between properties

  • Ability to conduct detailed assessments of apartments & furniture

  • Strong communicator with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Experience synthesizing data and creating presentations to simplify complex problems

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Fluency in MS Office & G-Suite

  • Experience working in a Quality Assurance related position is a plus

  • Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus
