This role is the primary Accounting and Administrative Support for three production departments within the Duluth and Aikin CMA.  Support will include product cost accounting, setting inventory levels for raw material and finished goods, and general support of the three Production departments. 20%-Product cost accounting for all products produced across three manufacturing departments. Set up and track individual cost by product based on raw material costs and other conversion costs. 20%-Raw material inventory management. Oversees regular physical raw material and finished goods inventory counts. 20%-Finished product inventory management.  Based on sales requirements, establish finished product inventory levels, and ensure the production plan meets but does not exceed these targets. 20%-Production tracking for three departments. Tracking production versus established metrics, creating charts and graphs to communicate information to stakeholders. 10%-Learn and operate ERP software to effectively work with inventory management and perform product cost analysis. 10%-Regularly collaborate with production supervisors, site management and sales.
