The Role
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in enabling the internal stakeholders of BlueOwl (and its affiliate, HiRoad Assurance Company) with the tools and resources they need to meet their goals. Your day-to-day:
- Supporting implementation, data entry and reporting for contract lifecycle management system
- Monitoring and managing contract renewals and liaising with department leads
- Updating internal approved applications and contracts lists
- Triaging internal and external customer inquiries related to vendor agreements
- Executing nondisclosure & confidentiality agreements with prospective vendors
- Reviewing legal terms and conditions and liaising with the purchasing and legal teams
- Monitoring and following up on contract performance deliverables
- Support other administrative tasks for the Procurement team
About you:
- 1-3 years experience with contract management
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management solution(s), including data entry and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mindful approach with an attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Experience with Jira and other Atlassian products
- Experience with procurement or supply-chain management
- Experience or familiarity with vendor management solution(s)
- Experience or familiarity with project management and procurement planning
Additional Details
- Salary: We pay top-of-market salaries for most positions, factoring in experience, talent and location. We do not offer equity.

- Location: May work from anywhere in the US, but will need to be actively available during the core business hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM, PST, since a majority of time will be spent collaborating with team members in this time zone. Preferred SF Bay Area resident.
- Some travel required once the San Francisco office re-opens. Frequency TBD
- Candidates based in the SF Bay Area will be able to commute to the SF office, post-COVID, for in-person collaboration purposes and other gatherings. Frequency TBD.
