ROLE
Blueprint Creative Group (BP), as strategic planners, address our client’s business objectives using whatever means necessary whether that be business planning and transformation, brand positioning, business development, innovation, training and development, or digital modernization.
Client retains us to create business transformation beyond communications planning by discovering which business and marketing KPIs we can improve or impact. To achieve this, our Company is seeking a Marketing Manager.
Key qualities
- Expertise within the manufacturing technologies and/or industrial sector in program management or supporting marketing and communications departments
- Strong B2B marketing experience for manufacturing companies to include industry relations, stakeholder engagement and partnership development
ideal candidate will have the below experience
- Experience working on technology transfer programs such as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program
- Management level experience working at any institute focused on developing and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies
- Experience developing programs and initiatives in technology adoption or research and development in advanced manufacturing technologies
- Experience leading innovation or technology-focused initiatives
- Former management executive in the manufacturing industry and having a strong track record in innovation and technology adoption
