An industry-leading construction and forensic consulting firm is seeking a General Contracting Consultant to contribute to the expansion in the Western region.
You'll be instrumental in conducting building envelope assessments, managing rehabilitation projects, and providing expert testimony in construction defect litigation cases in California.
Your Day Includes
- Conducting comprehensive building envelope assessments and rehabilitation projects.
- Serving as an expert witness in construction defect litigation cases.
- Facilitating communication and coordination among stakeholders, including building owners, architects, contractors, and building officials.
- Traveling within the state and region as required.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- 15 years of general contracting experience with a GC license.
- Experience in forensic consulting preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
