Program Development Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional program developer with the ability to prospect, qualify, and close annuity program solutions in various top accounts such as cloud services, technology, manufacturing, energy, industrial, and others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate the Mission Statement and Core Values of BluePrint through influential relationships
- Demonstrate buyer facilitator effectiveness
- Be the customer advocate
- Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate targeted accounts
- Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives
- Prospect and qualify cold and warm leads
- Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers
- Develop the potential solutions, estimate, and prepare tailored proposals
- Create and deliver solutions and proposal presentations to customer’s decision-making team
- Close sales by selling value and overcoming objections
- Coordinate front-end project development with our Operations team
- Adhere to company CRM software reporting process
- Reports to the Vice President of Program Development
- Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
- Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent hunting/prospecting skills
- Consultative approach to building relationships and achieving sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong CRM skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Supply Chain Management
- 2 years of successful outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred
