Key Capabilities
As a brand designer at Blueshift, you'll be part of a small, but mighty creative team working both autonomously and collaboratively to create a variety of deliverables for our marketing website, content assets, campaign collateral, product marketing, and sales initiatives. Projects will range from landing pages, blog creative, reports, and branded templates to SWAG, and more. Your role will be essential in maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines and providing a critical eye to the level of detail, polish, craft, and consistency in our overall output across all touchpoints.
- Define, iterate, and extend the visual language of Blueshift across marketing, including our brand identity, website, blog, email campaigns, marketing assets, product marketing efforts, sales collateral, affiliate & partner marketing, and social media
- Create original creative that is informed by business needs and a holistic design strategy
- Collaborate effectively across design, marketing, partnerships, product, sales, and leadership with a low-ego / solutions-focused mindset
- Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and brand templates
Requirements
- 4 years of design experience, preferably in a start-up or in-house team environment
- A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition with an obsessive eye for detail
- Self-motivated, medium-agnostic, willing to help out on any project, and excited about learning and collaboration.
- Embrace an iterative design process and be receptive to feedback
- Design for a wide range of projects while ensuring consistency of the Blueshift brand
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums
- Strong end-to-end ownership of design work from kick-off to final asset creation
- Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale
- Technical Skills: Figma or Sketch, Adobe CC, WordPress, and Google Slides
