Position Title: Project Superintendent and Home Repair and Remodel Team Member
Reports to: Bluetape Solutions Owner Team (Contractor and Operations)
Job Type: Full time (M-F) with some flexibility
Primary Role: Coordinate with team members, trade partners, vendors, and clients to ensure accuracy and quality in the delivery of remodel and/or repair scopes of work. Have a deep understanding and capability for home repairs to meet real estate closing requirements.
Essential Skills: Adaptability and flexibility with proficiency in providing various home repairs and home remodeling services. Skills should include some (not necessarily all) variations of the work activities below:
- crawl space encapsulations
- decks, flooring
- sheetrock, molding
- windows repair/installation
- siding, eave line repairs, roofing
- minor plumbing, minor electrical, door installations
- home inspections for termite damage, moisture damage and pest control
- home inspections for basic and complex repairs
- ability to develop estimates and written invoices based on home inspections
- conscientiousness to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills utilized to cultivate positive collaborative relationships with clients, and other professionals
- ability to multi-task, problem solve and adapt to diverse work environments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and learn scope of work, schedule and budget prior to project start.
- Request information from scheduler, owners, team, and others, as needed.
- Exercise critical thinking to plan for weekly production in advance.
- Be organized and prepared for either repair jobs or remodeling jobs as schedule requires.
- Possess tools and experience to perform upcoming scopes of work assigned.
- Communicate effectively with scheduler, owners, and clients to convey project status as it relates to schedule and site conditions.
- Assist trade partners (as needed) in problem solving unforeseen conditions to minimize additional costs and project delays.
- Lead by example; deliver quality work and work to ensure high quality in all work delivered by yourself and / or your team members.
- Maintain safe and clean jobsite whether it’s a home repair job or a home remodeling project.
- Coordinate with the scheduler and owners on project start dates and assignments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Deliver on commitments.

- 2-5 years minimum of experience in management of residential construction repairs and remodeling.
