BlueTeam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our marketing team. The Events Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by creating and strengthening client and prospect relationships through strategically planned and flawlessly executed events. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual who can manage a wide range of corporate events, from dinners and conferences to client meetings and recruiting events.

What you’ll do….

• Event Selection:
  • Identify and select events that align with BlueTeam's business goals and target client verticals
  • Research and evaluate potential events, considering factors such as audience demographics, industry relevance, and overall impact
• Logistics and Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
• Budget Management:
  • Track and manage budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Measure total spend against allocated budgets for individual events and the overall events calendar
• Marketing:
  • Develop and execute digital and print marketing strategies for each event to maximize attendance and brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, invitations, and event-related content
• Coordination:
  • Coordinate all activities, meetings, and personnel involved in each event
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners during event planning and execution
• ROI Measurement:
  • Track and analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) for each event
  • Prepare detailed reports evaluating the success of individual events and overall events portfolio
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience building digital and print marketing strategies
• Budget management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
• Willingness to travel as needed
