We are proactively recruiting for Production Leadership roles throughout the US and Canada.

Blue Triton Brands is seeking experienced and motivated Production Supervisors to join our team for day shift and night shift opportunities across the United States and Canada. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily production activities within our facilities.

We have 27 bottling facilities located in the following states and territories: Cabazon, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Ontario, CA; Denver, CO; High Springs, FL; Lee, FL; Zephyrhills, FL; Greenwood, IN; Hollis, ME; Kingfield, ME; Poland, ME; Boston, MA; Mecosta, MI; Somerset, NJ; Saratoga Springs, NY; Charlotte, NC; Allentown, PA; McBee, SC; Dallas, TX; Hawkins, TX; Pasadena, TX; Hope, BC, Canada; Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

What You Will Do…

• Plan and manage the allocation of resources to effectively achieve performance targets
• Coach, mentor and develop team members
• Maintain a safe environment through established safety practices
• Ensure that a high quality of products, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
• Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during review meetings
• Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and partner with maintenance team Qualifications

What You Will Bring To The Role…

• Two to five years of leadership experience within manufacturing, with shift or line area ownership
• Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Continuous improvement or process improvement experience; green belt or black belt certification preferred
• Prior experience with TPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
