SUMMARY:
Duties include assisting guests using Retail Outlet areas. Cashiering and cash handling. Cleaning Retail Outlets and performing duties as assigned to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Providing excellent Customer Service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make eye contact, smile and greet guests warmly and sincerely. Keep inventory available and organized for Retail Outlets guests. Become knowledgeable of retail offerings and assist guests with locating merchandise. Cashier as assigned and properly handle any receipts. Performs inventories for Retail Outlets as described in Internal Controls. Clean Retail Outlets area as assigned. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor immediately. May be used as a River Ranger as needed. Assist in the protection of Blue Water Resort & Casino assets, guest property and guest/employee safety by notifying Security of any suspicious/reckless behavior on BlueWater Resort & Casino property. Follows all BlueWater Resort & Casino Cash Handling Procedures, Safety Procedures and House Rules. Complies with Federal, State and Tribal laws. Works in a safe manner; complies with company and OSHA safety regulations. All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Cash handling experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily indoor environment although other duties may require outside work. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate and may become excessively noisy at times. Position is in a fast-paced environment. Smoke filled environment at times. Will have contact with employees, external agencies and the public.
