Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Key Account Manager to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming.

This position is based in Fresno, CA

As a bluewhite Key Account Manager, you will work with the Director of Partnership to create a robust pipeline through pursuing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective partners. Through these relationships, you will share the bluewhite story and offerings with the goal of building enough interest to get prospective partners, to product demonstrations. In addition, you will plan a key role in a busy trade event schedule. Payscale for this position is $75 - $115k per year, DOE.


Responsibilities

  • Directly manage our Dealership relationships and ensuring dealership OKRs are met or exceeded.
  • Plan, develop, and implement all phases of sales planning with Dealership to ensure OKRs are met and adequate planning is in place.
  • Work with Director of Partnership to identify, engage, negotiate, and finalize new Dealership agreements.
  • Proactively train dealership staff on new product offerings and capabilities as they become available.
  • Build positive relationships with Dealership General Managers in order to nurture long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships; maintain integrity and quality in all communication and activities.
  • Visit dealerships weekly and hold both monthly and quarterly meetings to review leads, wins, losses, and new strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to identify and grow new business opportunities with each Dealership
  • Maintain Market area in each Dealership with latest marketing materials and ensure proper training and messaging from Dealership staff
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders (e.g., Director of Partnership, Customer Success, Operations)
  • Travel to trade shows and on-site visits for customer opportunities

Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have Ag background
  • Must have proven experience in implementing new technologies
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Must be able to attend trade show conferences
  • Must be flexible with schedule
