What you’ll do:
The Administrative Assistant position provides data-entry support to the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong, accurate typing, be extremely detail oriented, and motivated to excel and learn the corporate side of retail. In addition, this role works on highly repetitive data-entry projects, the successful candidate must be able to focus, in a high traffic environment while sitting for long lengths of time working on a computer.
To be considered, you should:
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of data entry experience
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Previous point of sale and inventory control systems experience preferred
