OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing vendor Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies, coordinating MAP breaks, overseeing in-store and online sales, and maintaining competitive pricing strategies on various e-commerce platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MAP Policy Management: Oversee vendor MAP policies, schedule MAP breaks and holidays for both in-store and online sales.
2. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations Team to plan, schedule, and test in-store sales and promotions.
3. E-commerce Collaboration: Work closely with the E-commerce Team to organize and test online sales and promotional activities.
4. Inventory Audits: Conduct audits on aging inventory to identify off-MAP products and execute appropriate markdowns.
5. Competitive Pricing: Manage and adjust pricing on platforms like Amazon and eBay to stay competitive and enhance the customer shopping experience.
6. Vendor Coordination: Maintain a detailed calendar of scheduled sales, MAP breaks, and markdowns in coordination with vendors.
7. Price Maintenance: Regularly audit and maintain accurate pricing for various brands.
8. Platform Management: Handle pricing, markdowns, and featured offers on Amazon and eBay, including reactivating product listings with pricing issues.
9. Gift Card Creation: Create gift cards for donations, promotions, and incentives, both for in-store and online.
10. Purchase Order Audits: Regularly audit and work with the Purchasing Department to identify costing and margin issues based on negotiated discounts with the vendor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and pricing strategies.
- Experience in managing MAP policies an coordinating sales promotions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting inventory audits and pricing analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and vendor relations.
- Knowledge of retail operations and the sporting goods industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
