Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Plant Specialist to join our team at Blumen Gardens. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of perennials, trees, and shrubs, and possess a genuine passion for plants. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect plants for their garden or landscaping projects
• Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, and landscaping design
• Maintain a clean and organized plant display area
• Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure their health and vitality
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of plant products
• Contribute to creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with perennials, trees, and shrubs preferred
• Strong knowledge of plant varieties, care requirements, and landscaping principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a passion for plants and gardening
• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
