Develop marketing reports and self-serve dashboards for stakeholders across the organization (Execs, marketing, sales and product teams)
Build and own full-funnel tracking and marketing attribution from acquisition through to revenue
Work closely with digital, demand generation, content and product marketing to evaluate ROI and optimize marketing dollars across all channels
Evaluate deep-dive campaign performance across audiences, marketing tactics, content types in generating Marketing Created Revenue, working with the campaign management team
Provide audience insights to build intent-based campaign targeting strategies across paid and owned channels
Analyze customer accounts and sales/usage data to inform next best offer (NBO), cross-sell/up-sell campaigns
Work in collaboration with sales to identify ABM opportunities
Gather market insights on GEOs, industry and competition to be used in demand generation
Education & Skill Requirements
Two plus years of experience in full-funnel marketing attribution reporting
Four plus years of experience in marketing analytics or related experience
Strong data-driven problem-solving expertise
Abillity to use data to tell a story across the organization
Ability to assimilate data (campaign data, customer data, sales data, etc.,) and provide actionable insights
Advanced skills in using data & analytics reporting tools (MS Excel, Power BI)
Familiar with data and reporting capabilities of leading marketing automation and CRM systems (Bonus point for HubSpot and Netsuite experience)
Strong collaboration with good project management skills to handle competing priorities
