We are seeking an experienced Full Time: Property Manager to manage one of our 122 Unit Lease Up- Faculty Housing apartment communities located in Daly City. This is a Full Time 40 hour per week position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing, and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team.

The position requires a candidate with:

  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Financial analysis and computer skills
  • Solid organization and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry
  • Strong Marketing and Sales skills
  • Superior customer service and resident relations experience

Specific skills required:

  • 4 years prior Property Manager experience (Faculty Housing Experience a Plus)
  • Property Management software experience required Such as (Yardi,AMSI,Entrata)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, remain highly organized, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong Renovation Experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff, ownership and the community.
