Office Administrator in plumbing Company

Looking for an individual to fulfill various office duties in adequate plumbing company (duties not limited), assisting with daily office operations; answering phones, scheduling, dispatching, date entry, basic paper work (reports, invoices, estimates, notices, emails, etcs) and research.

Bilingual is a plus.
Computer literacy is a must! You must able to perform basic tasks on the computer.

Quickbooks experience is great advantage, though not required.

Previous experience in the office is great advantage, though not required.
Knowledge in plumbing is great advantage, though not required.

An individual must be attentive to details, very organized, great, and responsible team player.

All training will be provided.

Three month probationary (90 days) period for skills evaluation.

Full time position, start rate depends on experience $16-20 hr.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
