Registered Nurse Home Health As a Registered Nurse of our elite team, your primary responsibility is to provide care for patients in their homes. Ultimately restoring and promoting the patient back to their optimal health. You’ll coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure that they provide the patient with high-quality care from Elara Caring. This role requires travel to patients' home; you will need a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance under the laws of the state.
