As the Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional valet services to our clients and guests. You will be the first face they see when arriving at our business center and the last one they see when leaving, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and guests upon arrival and assist with their vehicles
- Park vehicles in designated areas and retrieve them upon request
- Maintain a clean and organized valet stand at all times
- Monitor and direct traffic flow in the parking area
- Assist with luggage, packages, and other items for clients and guests
- Provide information about the business center, nearby amenities, and local attractions
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of vehicles and property
- Maintain accurate records of valet transactions and report any issues or incidents to management
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
