What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaning position at BNB Networks?
BNB Networks is looking to hire a Commercial Cleaning Company to service our commercial property in Orland Park IL.
Commercial Cleaner must be registered with the state, will perform services after 12am (Night Shift) 7 days a week. Must have a cleaning crew (2-4 people) to cover all shifts. Will provide the following services:
- Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Dust and spot clean all furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories
- Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors
- Dust high and low areas (pictures, clocks, partition tops etc.)
- Dust ledges and window sills
- Dust all blinds
- Removing all debris
- Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary
- Spot clean all walls, light switches and door
- Damp mop the entire area
- Dust mop all hard surface floors with treated dust mop
- Clean both sides of all glass doors
- Cleaning Restrooms
- Dust low and high areas
- Mop all stains and spills, especially drinking and coffee spills
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners as required
- Service other areas as needed
Again, would prefer a cleaner with a team to assist. Must have a smart phone to download work orders. Must have cleaning equipment and supplies. Start immediately!!! Option to be Paid Net 15 (every 15 days on the 15 and 30th of each month)
