What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaning position at BNB Networks?
BNB Networks LLC is seeking to hire a commercial cleaning company in Fairfax VA. We currently have an "On-Call" Secondary and Tertiary Contract available if interested. Contractor will service property 7 days a week. Must have supplies, materials , cleaning equipment and 3-5 staff members to start.
Site walkthroughs will be permissible upon acceptance of contract. Contract shall be awarded to the contractor that meets all contract compliance requirements.
Secondary Contract Terms: Fairfax VA (Entire Building)
- $9,000 Per Month
- Payment Process: Net 15
- Payment Method: ACH Direct Deposit
- Must have 3-4 Staff members, Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
Dave & Buster's Fairfax VA (Front of House Only) Start Tonight 1/1/2024
- $5,000 Per Month
- Payment Processed: Net 30
- Payment Method: ACH Direct Deposit
- Must have 3-4 Staff members, Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
Requirements:
- COI & W9 prior to receiving a Notice to Proceed
- Labor, Supplies and Equipment Required to Rendered Services Under Contract
- Must complete a site walkthrough "after" contract is signed
- Submit Invoices each month online
- Required to Submit before and after photos after each service day
- Required to do site walkthroughs each day with GM
- Commercial Cleaning business must be registered with the state.
