Sales Assistant & Logistics Coordinator
The position reports directly to the Director of Sales and is primarily responsible for facilitating all sales orders and shipping of all products to different locations across the central valley.
Other responsibilities include constant industry research for potential customers, office, and scale technician duties
Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented and a team player
Bilingual preferred but not require
Requirements & Skills
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and negotiate.
Must have basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Ensure the correct product and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Develop a trusting relationship with customers to ensure they do not turn to competitors.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationships
Prepare reports and forecast products needed for production
Serve as a link of communication between customers, production, and internal team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
