Role description and opportunities
The Integrated Campaign Manager is a member of a team dedicated to the successful development, coordination and execution of Marketing and Communications initiatives across BNY Mellon. The ideal candidate is an expert at managing competing priorities, building solid working relationships across teams, and coordinating many moving parts in a fast-paced environment with a heavy volume of work. The position sits at the heart of our global Marketing and Communications organization and reports to the Head of Integrated Campaign Management.
Key responsibilities include the following
Lead planning and campaign coordination for BNY Mellon’s Marketing & Communications Centers of Excellence and a line of business
Introduce more agile and consistent ways of working that transform campaign management across teams and channels, driving more efficient operations with greater business impact
Drive campaign development and management in close partnership with line of business marketers and communicators
Participate in the annual and quarterly planning process, including tracking of objectives and key results
Manage day-to-day capacity planning and prioritization across the Centers of Excellence to ensure optimal and flawless execution with the line of business
Lead agile team – or “squad” – in the execution of campaign deliverables
Serve as a critical partner and advisor to line of business marketers and communicators
Ensure adherence to clear processes, timetables and measurement
Ensure all campaigns are entered and managed through the team’s Welcome/Newscred content orchestration platform
Take a disciplined approach to regular measurement, and report on outcomes to relevant internal audiences
Make data-driven recommendations to regularly improve campaign efficacy
Create scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, templates, processes and other training materials
Coordinate budget and vendor management with the Marketing & Communications Chief Operating Officer
A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications
Proven experience building and executing innovative, multichannel marketing and communications campaigns
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels
Experience managing the production of content and creative collateral, preferably for financial services audiences
Comfortable using data and metrics to measure impact, recommend improvements and optimize campaign performance
Highly organized with proven end-to-end project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with workflow and project management tools; experience with Welcome/Newscred content orchestration platform a plus
7-10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree required
