We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Business Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance Transformation team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Participate in / lead transformation current / future state reengineering and transformation analysis projects and technology delivery projects that are highly complex, strategic, and critical to our global department’s long term strategy
Leads and/or participates on the analysis and execution of current and future state definition process improvement initiatives by working with cross functional, global businesses and functional areas.
Develops project timeline, scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions to define current state, outline future state produce a detailed implementation roadmap
Gathers and documents current state activities from sponsors, key stakeholders
Employs a client-focused approach to define future state that addresses pain points across people, process, technology and data
Produces a detailed implementation roadmap, including costs, timeline, outcomes across processes, technology, data, and people
Provides senior level consultation and recommendations to internal business groups
Participates in process improvement reviews and summarizes business issues and internal client feedback for teams review.
Work product supports data-driven decision-making by team, functional or business unit leaders.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10 years of total work experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
Strong communication, relationship, and interpersonal skills; ability to formulate recommendations, influence outcomes, and work across teams, effectively challenge peers and teams
Ability to learn in a fast paced, highly complex environment to gain business knowledge
PMP certification. LEAN, Six Sigma, Design Thinking experiences preferred
Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
