Assists Corporate Tax analysts to develop and deliver process documentation, training content, and super user support for special projects and continuous improvement work efforts. Helps to support the day-to-day capture of performance metrics at the functional, team and individual level for their respective assigned team.Supports senior staff with facilitating the usage of the tax information reporting application, confirming the schedule of services with vendors, communicating to recipients the calendar of events for production of statements, and filing schedules and deadlines for transmission to external tax authorities. Assists in collecting and compiling tax information reporting data and providing senior analysts with management information system reporting. Supports senior analysts with coordinating the file transfer, data import, statement rendering, and filing with Government entities, including any time extension requests. Supports the review of files for rejections and/or inaccurate/incomplete data.Helps senior staff liaison between reporting vendors and lines of businesses and ensures those businesses are reporting proper tax information. No direct reports. Responsibilities are primarily limited to assigned businesses/business partner areas. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor‘s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
