We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. This role is the lead finance business partner for Pershing, Investment & Wealth Management Engineering. Located in New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the technical delivery of complex financial analytics and reporting to contribute to the achievement of functional goals.
• Perform highly complex historical and predictive analyses to support the end-to-end Finance process including period end close, expense performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify financial strategy and partner with business management.
• Present financial information and analysis to senior management.
• Lead projects, be a functional subject matter expert, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 10-12 years of total work experience preferred, experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $98,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
