We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Program and Project Management to join our Custody Product Development team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  

• Drive solutions for product improvement or new product development.
• Perform Business Analysis working with Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Document User Stories and validation scenarios.
• Track backlog of requirements to ensure that product changes accurately reflect client and business needs.
• Drive delivery of the backlog and outcomes with detailed understanding and close management of the backlog.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal groups and ensure product updates are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Direct and control all work performed. Report and escalate progress/issues to management, as needed.  
• Assist in developing detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of total work experience.  
• Custody, Asset Servicing and/or Financial Industry experience is required.
• Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams using Agile methodology.
• Proven experience in eliciting user stories and challenging requirements to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in operational and business process redesign and documentation.
• Experience in addressing risk, compliance, and legal implications of changes to products.
• Proven knowledge of testing lifecycle for software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  
• Strong people management & leadership is required.
