We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Senior Director, Fund/Client Accounting for our ETF services group to join our Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Boston/Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Leads ETF Services function with responsibility for ETF services on behalf of a broad array of BNY Mellon clients which includes delivering ETF Baskets.  
• Works with COEs within Operations to get net asset value (NAV) for ETF funds  
• Engages in Client relationship for a broad set of key BNY Mellon clients working very closely with Client Coverage, Relationship managers ad Account executives.  
• Delivers expected customer service levels working closely with Client service Delivery teams 
• Participates in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and related presentations.
• Participates in industry committees and stays abreast of industry matters pertaining to ETFs, partners closely with ETF product and development groups. 
• Sets operating model for ETF services with industry best practices and changing product landscape. 
• Partners to work with Operations, Product, Engineering on creating and delivering solutions for our Clients

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelors’ degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
• 10-15 years of total work experience and at least 5-7 years in management preferred. 
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
