Strong Leader with Personality - Needed as Construction Project Manager!

Can you lead and follow? Are you a strong leader who is also confident enough to show empathy and approachability? We need a tough field leader to head up our multi-family construction projects but if you’re a power-hungry drill sergeant who loves to make others feel small, please don’t apply. We also can’t use you if you’re a pushover. So, if you are good with that gray area but at the same time can run a tight ship leading a project, we have an exciting opportunity for you on a growing team of fantastic people who also happen to be at the top of their craft.

This is not your average employment ad because we’re not looking for someone who is average or who accepts average results.

If you are a clock watcher or constantly need to be told what tasks to do or how to spend your time, save your time and move on to the next job opportunity because this role will not be a fit.

However, if you love taking pride in a quality product and enjoy leading and coaching a great team keep reading because we might be looking for each other.
